Sluseholmen is now fully developed as a successful canal neighbourhood. Now Teglholmen is being developed and work will commence shortly on Enghave Brygge.
CPH City & Port Development is developing several areas in Sydhavnen. Right now we are developing Teglholmen, where the idea of creating a canal neighbourhood according to the Dutch model is continuing in the same manner as in Sluseholmen.
Teglholmen offers the opportunity to build about 800 homes, about 1,000 m2 of service premises and 2,000 m2 of shops, including 1,000 m2 of grocery and general retail shops. The area is located directly at the harbour entrance and also has a view of the green areas on Amager.

- The area today: The area is characterized by large warehouses and storage facilities. MAN Diesel has its administrative building and testing centres in the area.
