  • Ground floor apartments on these streets have front gardens that give life to the street while maintaing a distance between the building and the public space.
  • The buildings will be varied in their expression with a height of between 4-8 storeys to ensure good light in the street and courtyards.
  • The blocks can be divided into half or quarter units of between approx. 6,000-13,000m2.
