In Copenhagen's southern port areas, CPH City & Port Development is engaged in the development of three urban areas: Sluseholmen, Teglholmen and Enghave Brygge.
The residents and businesses in Sydhavnen will be surrounded by plenty of water, light and air. The population is already approximately 3,500 residents on Sluseholmen and Teglholmen, and Sydhavn will eventually accommodate a total of 9,000 homes and 22,500 workplaces.
Besides Sluseholmen and Teglholmen, the Sydhavn district also includes the area Enghave Brygge, which is located east of the H.C. Ørsted power plant.
CPH City & Port Development owns the southern part of Enghave Brygge. Roughly 100,000 m² residential building rights and 12,000 m² commercial building rights are available here. Part of the area consists of four residential islands with open blocks surrounded by canals. The quay has varying widths, which forms a public urban space.
CPH City & Port Development expect to sell all vacant plots at Teglholmen within first half of 2014, but a few vacant plots for dwellings remains at Enghave Brygge.
